Ciber Equipamentos Rodoviários has a new organizational framework
Under the new management model, Tegon will be in charge of coordinating the Administration, Sales, Services and Comercial departments, and Daniel will be running the company’s Manufacturing department along with the Engineering, Logistics, Production, IT, and HR departments.
Luiz Marcelo Tegon – Joined Ciber in May 2009 holding the office of vice president. He holds a Business degree from Universidade Santa Úrsula - RJ and a specialist degree in Business Management by PUC RJ. He has over 18 years’ experience in providing customized solutions for heavy equipment, including product support projects and solutions.
Daniel Siebrecht – Originally from Germany, he specialized in International Project Engineering and Production Technologies at the Constance University of Applied Sciences, Germany. He has over 14 years’ experience in the concrete equipment industry in Brazil, Germany and the US, and has worked as an engineer, project manager, and chief operating officer for Schwing Equipamentos Industriais Ltda.
With 54 years experience in paving, Ciber operates in the countries of Latin America, Africa, Oceania and Southeast Asia, bringing development to the regions it serves, offering the best value in the products it manufactures.
The company, whose factory is in Brazil, is part of the Wirtgen Group, which is specialized in production of equipment for road construction and mining. The group also includes four other brands: Wirtgen, Vögel, Hamm and Kleemann, all headquarters are located in Germany as well as having production facilities in Brazil, India and China.
