Compact crushing and screening plants by Kleemann
On this year’s NordBau Kleemann showed two representatives of the EVO series. The mobile jaw crusher MOBICAT MC 100 R EVO and the mobile classifying screen MOBISCREEN MS 702 EVO offer good transport properties and high efficiency.
Four new classifiers for diverse applications
Kleemann has expanded the EVO series overall by four classifying screens. The track-mounted double-deck classifying screens MS 702 EVO and MS 952 EVO as well as the triple-deck classifying screens MS 703 EVO and MS 953 EVO. The upper deck on both plant sizes has a screening surface area of 7 m² or 9.5 m². As with the crushing plants, the favourable transport dimensions and short setup times of the classifying screens meet the demands of contractor crushers. The MS 702/703 EVO achieves a maximum output of 350 t/h and the MS 952/953 EVO an hourly output of up to 500 tons. This high output is achieved, above all, thanks to the good material flow through the plant. This starts with the infeed which, thanks to the generously-sized feed hopper, is possible by means of a wheel loader or an upstream crushing plant. The material is conveyed to the screen casing on the extra-wide feeding conveyor of 1,200 mm. Its screening angle can be adapted to the application. An impact plate on the conveyor discharge spreads the material evenly on the screen surface. Wear is thus kept to a minimum and a high throughput is guaranteed.
Compact jaw crusher convinces with versatility
The MC 100 R EVO mobile jaw crusher is praised in particular for its flexibility. For instance, it can be deployed efficiently in natural stone and also recycling applications in the primary crushing stage. With its compact dimensions it can be easily transported to the deployment site and quickly relocated. Thanks to the integrated hopper walls and hydraulically folding side discharge conveyors, the plant is ready for use within a very short time. The MC 100 R EVO is powered by a low-consumption diesel-direct drive, which is up to 30 percent more economical than diesel-hydraulic drives. At the same time, a output of up to 220 tonnes per hour is achieved. The movable crusher jaw in the crusher is extra-long in order to avoid material congestion. However, if a blockage occurs, the crusher drive can be reversed with the optional crusher unblocking system and the clogged material can be released. Control and maintenance of the plant are very easy for the operator. All plant functions and components can be intuitively controlled via a menu-guided touch panel. All plant components are also easy to access and service.
